At VSTEILER, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available only for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vsteiler.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
5. Return Process

If your request is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- You must ship the item back within the timeframe provided
- Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet our return conditions.
8. Refused Deliveries and Invalid Addresses
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, VSTEILER reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund.
9. Chargebacks
Customers are expected to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order details, delivery confirmation, and communications.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
